Hiking is the best experience to have with friends and family. I’ll be tackling travelling and today’s topic will be on tips and tricks of travelling, when I talk about travelling ,I’d like to tell you, when you consider or plan on travelling, you should consider 5 main things that’s time, place, clothing, budget and travelling agency here is an elaborate form of that; number one well talk about time, when I talk about time is when I’m talking about booking your flights and pay for your trips in good time to avoid delay or inconveniences during your travelling day. Always ensure that you communicate in advance to the people you’re travelling with and also always know that this is the specific time that I’ve set aside for me to travel, always be keen with time. The next thing is about place, when I’m talking about place I’m talking about your holiday destination of your choice. When you choose a certain holiday destination always ensure that you know and understand that place better, if you’re going for a summer holiday, ensure that when you’re going to that place you understand when its summertime. When you’re also considering a holiday, destination ensure you do some good research; the accommodation services in that place, are there airports if your means of transport is air, is the place more of a beach be sure.do a good travel since it helps you with smooth travelling process that is for the travelling tickets, payment for accommodation, pick up services all these. Avoid money shortages during your vacation. Clothing that is if its summertime carry suitable clothes, sunglasses, hats and pack them in goo time to avoid leaving behind some things or carrying unnecessary clothes. Look for a legit travelling agency because they help you get good discounts, places and make your travelling process smooth. They always ensure you get flight tickets, accommodation and any other services in good time. Travelling has really been embraced by most people nowadays.Most people who travel for fun have different tastes for their holiday destinations and fun activities.This made me curious and gave me the thought of conducting a survey to understand the travelling community (people who travel occasionally).Here is the analysis of my survey report.

Most people in the travelling community have different fun activities and out of 98 responses ,37.8% enjoy game drives,36.7% like hiking,14.3% enjoy mountain climbing and 11.2% enjoy boat racing .Through these responses I learnt that a large percentage enjoy game drives and hiking since we all have different preferences.

When you are choosing a holiday destination you have certain things you have certain things you consider thus out of the responses 24.2% would like to visit Mombasa and Miami for their vacation while 29.3% would like to visit Dubai and 22.2% Paris.Most people love going for vacations at the Beach Front.

Most people in the travelling community have been to a few national parks in Kenya and that is 65.7% while 25.3% have visited most of them and 9% have been to all abd others to none out of the 99 responses.

Most people in the travelling community prefer spending their travel savings on road trips ,66.3%.17.3% prefer on jet skiing ,12.2% bike riding and 4.2% prefer spending on none of the above.This means most people choose spending on travel experiences that they know would be fun.

I would really recommend on travelling it’s really important, during this pandemic we need to account for what we want for travelling.

I would recommend using a separate account so that you can monitor how much you’ve saved for your trips.
How does one save on travelling (holidays) through travelling agencies?
Travelling agencies have a different way a client saves with them ,but for Sceneries tours and travel we give budget discounts for the client’s trips, paying in installments, we get you good accommodation services according to your budget, because when we book for you, we plan and reserve for accommodation before the day of your trip.
Is saving a coin for travelling purposes an investment or that’s draining my money?
It’s an investment.

Saving with an agency helps in financial discipline unlike personal saving for travelling where one can end up spending the savings.

Have you been to Lake Magadi before?
This is an amazing travel spot destination for a stopover, as a lover of nature. Lake Magadi is an active salty lake located in the Kenyan Rift Valley. It is a great tourist attraction site where the soda deposits on the surface of the lake attracts your eyes as you drive through, thus the need of a stopover. Lake Magadi led to the growth of Magadi town due to, the soda ash mining around the area and the presence of the soda ash industry a few kilometers away from Magadi town. The flamingos are a beautiful view. The hilly surfaces and the ready to mine soda deposits are a great view for photos
Lake Magadi conservancy led to the birth of the Ngurumani KWS Station.This town is small and the people in this town are really welcoming. Even though the town is not really developed, there is the presence of the Professor Wangari Mathai Park it’s full of green trees, that bring the liveliness of Magadi Town.Out of experience, traveling to this destination makes your trip worth spending on especially the small stop overs at Olepesi Town for some Nyamachoma. Esonorua is a very small town to learn more of the Maasai culture and at Oldonyo Nyokie for some good photos with the anthills.Take a ride and enjoy all the wonderful sceneries around Lake Magadi.

Adventure and exposure lies deep in the inner desires of one’s heart. Travelling gives one exposure to the surroundings of humankind such as; beauty of the mountains,wildlife, and all wonders of the world. Majority of people in Kenya,Africa have embraced travelling as a hobby or jobs have forced it to be part of their routine. Travelling is my passion, seeing the beauty that talks to me from my surroundings this keeps my heart yarning for more travelling experiences. When exploration and adventure is your everyday admiration you tend to love going places and experience the uniqueness of the place in a deeper way. Personally, my heart lies in travelling because I see fun in getting exposed to different cultures. My current hustle is inspired by my adventurous nature since I work with the Kenya Wildlife Service (ZURUNAKWS) as their local area marketer. Through KWS, I’ve gotten chances to travel and to interact with people both locally and internationally, I’ve receive simple trainings of how to handle wildlife and to listen to nature because,nature really shapes our thinking and way of living, (this has really inspired me to travel across the world to experience more).I urge everyone to embrace the heart of travelling because it helps you to experience your country and other countries more.In summary,invest in travelling as you discover the hidden gems.
